A Victorian pitch pine school cupboard in excellent condition - the original ebonised lock still turns the latch on the right hand door, whilst the left hand is secured with a catch underneath the shelf. Internally there is a single fixed shelf providing plenty of versitile storage. The benefit of pitch pine (apart from being super-heavy and stable) is that is waxes up brilliantly and the colour and glow on this piece is absolutely lovely!
